The Upgraded Excellent Adhesion Matte PLA Filament 1.75mm is a standout product from eSUN. Matte PLA, based on regular PLA, has a matte surface effect with no obvious layer lines. It is not easy to break or crack, and the support structure is easy to peel off, leaving a smooth printed surface.

With an upgraded paper reel, eSUN Matte PLA has better adhesion and printability, which improves the problem of bottom adhesion on the print plate. The filament is made of PLA (Polylactic Acid), has a diameter of 1.75mm, and comes in 1KG weight. It is available in 8 colors: Milky White, Dark Gray, Mint Green, Peach Pink, Almond Yellow, Deep Black, Light Blue, and Light Khaki. The recommended printing temperature is 190-230°C, with a recommended heated build platform of Textured Paper, PVP Solid Glue, or PEI.

eSUN filaments come in a sealed vacuum bag with a desiccant bag, ensuring optimal storage conditions and protection from dust or dirt. To extend the life of the filament, it is recommended to retract the filament when the printer is inactive for more than a couple of days, and to store the unused filament back in the original vacuum bag in a cool, dry place.

Compared to other eSUN PLA Series filaments, the Upgraded Matte PLA offers improved characteristics such as higher density, better heat distortion temperature, and enhanced tensile strength, flexural strength, and impact strength. These properties make it suitable for a wide range of applications, including accessories, home decor, toys, sculptures, and cosplay projects.
