The PolyLite ABS filament is a material that is engineered to be impact and heat resistant. This 1.75mm ABS filament has a weight of 1kg and a recommended print temperature range of 245-265°C. The print speed should be between 30-50mm/s.

The PolyLite ABS filament is packaged in a vacuum-sealed, resealable bag with desiccant to ensure it remains moisture-free. This high-quality packaging also includes a sturdy, sealed box. The use of a recycled cardboard spool and box is part of Polymaker's commitment to sustainability.

🌡️ Impact and Heat Resistant: The PolyLite ABS filament has a Vicat Softening Temperature of 104°C, making it a good choice for functional parts that require durability or high-temperature resistance.

🛠️ Higher Stability: The PolyLite ABS filament is made with a specialty bulk-polymerized ABS resin, which has significantly lower volatile content compared to traditional ABS resins. This results in higher stability for the filament.

🔒 Moisture-Free: The vacuum-sealed, resealable bag with desiccant, along with the sturdy sealed box, ensures the PolyLite ABS filament remains moisture-free and maintains its best printing performance.

⚠️ Important Note: To avoid tangles, please pass the filament through the fixed hole after use. The 1.75mm ABS filament requires a heated bed and a proper printing surface to avoid warping. Large parts are prone to warping in domestic printers, and the odor when printed is stronger than with PLA. Using a raft, brim, or reducing the speed for the first layer can help prevent warping.
